Depart from Nairobi or the Kenyan coast and travel towards Amboseli. After arrival and lunch, settle into the lodge before an afternoon game drive through the Amboseli ecosystem. Look for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo and other wildlife, with opportunities for views of Mount Kilimanjaro when weather permits.
Begin with an early morning game drive across the park’s plains and wetland areas. After breakfast, continue exploring the swamps and surrounding habitats, where elephant herds are often seen. Enjoy lunch and another wildlife drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Spend another full safari day exploring different sections of Amboseli. Visit Observation Hill for sweeping views over the park and surrounding landscape, and continue game viewing around the marshes and seasonal wetlands. Return to the lodge in the evening.
