General terms governing enquiries, bookings, payments, travel services and use of the Liya Trails & Tours website.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Liya Trails & Tours. Specific confirmed itineraries, quotations or supplier terms may contain additional conditions that also apply.

2. Quotations & Prices

Prices are based on the itinerary, number of travellers, services and dates stated in the quotation. Prices may change before confirmation where supplier rates, taxes, park fees, transport costs or other mandatory charges change.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed when the required deposit or payment has been received and Liya Trails & Tours has confirmed the booking. An enquiry, provisional quotation or website price is not by itself a confirmed reservation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate passport and booking information, meeting visa and entry requirements, obtaining appropriate travel insurance, following park and supplier rules, and informing us of relevant dietary, mobility or other practical requirements before travel.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

Clients should carry valid travel documents and are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, interruption, baggage and other appropriate risks.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

Some services are provided by independent accommodation, transport, activity and park operators. Their operational and safety rules apply to the relevant service.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Safari routes and activities may be adjusted for wildlife conditions, weather, road conditions, park regulations, safety, supplier availability or other operational reasons. We aim to provide an equivalent or suitable alternative where changes are necessary.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, together with any supplier-specific terms communicated with the booking.

9. Website Content

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but wildlife sightings, travel times, availability, prices and operating conditions can change. Website photographs illustrate experiences and do not guarantee a particular sighting.

Questions about these terms should be raised before booking whenever possible. By proceeding with a confirmed booking, the client acknowledges the applicable booking terms.
