Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for cancelled or changed Liya Trails & Tours bookings.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are handled according to the confirmed booking terms, this Cancellation Policy and the refund amounts actually recoverable from relevant suppliers.

2. Standard Refund

Where the standard cancellation terms apply, the refundable portion is normally 50% of the amount paid, less any non-refundable supplier costs that have already been incurred.

3. Processing

Once a refund has been approved, we will process it through the appropriate payment channel where practical. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

4. Currency

If a refund is processed in a currency different from the currency originally charged, the amount received may vary because of exchange-rate movements and payment-provider conversion rates.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Permits, park fees, accommodation penalties, transport commitments, activity fees and other supplier charges may be non-refundable when the relevant supplier does not return them.

For a refund request, contact us with your booking reference, payment date, amount paid and reason for the request.
